About Conscious Communication

Conscious Communication combines the principles of Marshall Rosenberg’s

Nonviolent Communication, India Youth Jam, and Authentic Relating, rooted in Indian

traditions of ahimsa and anekantavada.

The toolkit includes:

  • Practices for deep self-awareness

  • Skills for clear thinking even in challenging moments

  • Dialogues on critical topics like power and privilege

  • Techniques for building fulfilling relationships

About the Facilitator: Roy Jacob

Roy Jacob is the founder of the Conscious Communication Academy and has been facilitating retreats for over 13 years. With experience in organizing events like the India Youth Jam, EcoJam, and Authentic Relating, Roy combines practical tools with compassionate guidance.
